I had scary experience where my right front tire just locked up while I was traveling from Charleston to Orlando. I had to get a tow to Sargeant and keep on moving to Orlando in a U-haul. The team at Sargeant was great to work with and identified the problem quickly. After a quick call to discuss the repairs with me I OK'd everything and the car was ready for me when I returned a couple days later. It's not often that you feel lucky about a vehicle breaking down but I feel blessed that I wasn't going 70 mph when the brakes locked up and also lucky that Sargeant was close by and did great work. On top of that, everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional. The waiting room was clean and inviting, the bays were organized and efficient, and the techs did great work. If I didn't live 4 hours away they'd be my go-to shop.

I really like this place! Many people recommended Sergeant's to me so when I heard a squeaking noise on my car I took my car to them. The last two places I took my car they took my money and didn't fix the problem. Sergeant's called me and told me what they found out explained everything in more detail than anybody ever has and fixed the problem

Sargeants is now up there in my favorite service people (along with air conditioning and generator folks). Made an appointment, quickly diagnosed, received sensor, installed, ALL within an hour and a half! The MOST EFFICIENT, HONEST service in all my 40 years in St. Augustine. Thank you ALL!

Recently due to issues my 2010 Toyota was garage bound for several months, mileage under 200,000 miles. The crew at Sargent's gave the Toyota an excellent complete tune up! Running like new again. I recently had my Toyota Highlander serviced for the first time at Sargeant's. I'm happy to give them my highest recommendation as I could not be more satisfied with the mechanic's attention to detail, the friendliness of staff, the cleanliness of the waiting room, and the wonderfully convenient shuttle. Definitely 5 stars all the way!

I can't recommend Sargeant enough. The customer service is exceptional. The people there are knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions and give an honest opinion. I have been coming to them for several months now and then everything I've heard about them is true. I had my wife's car and air for an oil change and what not and they did a complete once over on it. Let me know if possible problem and no pressure on having to get it fixed right away. I can appreciate that. They definitely have my business.
