I live in Jacksonville Beach and take my 2001 Mercedes for any maintenance and repair to Kevin Sargent because I know I can trust and depend on getting the best service and fair price. I have been using Sargent's for about three years now and always trust whatever they do or recommend is absolutely professionally necessary. They definitely go out of their way to make me happy (which they have done many times keeping in mind the age of my car)! In my opinion, Kevin Sargent and all his mechanics are the VERY BEST in the area.....maybe even in ALL of Florida!!! P.S. They are also the friendliest bunch of people I have had the pleasure of meeting!!

I have been going to these guys since I moved to St. Augustine in 1989, and this is the ONLY place I get my vehicle serviced. They are not the cheapest, but they are honest, dependable, and trustworthy, and ALWAYS get it fixed correctly the first time. Never a bad or questionable experience!

This is a true auto repair shop. The way it should be. The moment I walked in I knew I was in the right place (I know, cliche). But I was. They fixed my truck, kept me informed all the way, were very polite and I never once worried about getting bad service or a wrong diagnosis. Some people you just trust right off. These are the ones. Fun to look at the old cars too.
The service is great and prices are fair. Just had my BMW serviced and did an excellent job. Love my car again. Laura is always friendly and helpful with what needs done. Definitely recommend and will be visiting them again for all my vehicle needs.
